The day Vista was born...
... I got myself a MacBook Pro. How's that for a statement :-)
While migrating all my documents from my old laptop to the new one, I got the splendid idea to start organizing everything. That file in "work", that file under "administration", that under "taxes", and that one is ... "taxes administration"!
No problem then, I'll just tag it like I tag my e-mails, I thought.
But how do I do that? Oh Lazyweb, do you know of software (preferrably usable on MacOS X) that gives you tag-like behaviour on your files?

April 21st, 2008 at 10:19 PM I just found this: Punakea: I just discovered this one while writing this article. It's a Mac OS X only application that allows you to tag everything on your computer. This is from their website "Punakea is a little app trying to help you cope with the day-to-day struggle of managing your files. Designed to complement Spotlight, it allows you to tag your files and bookmarks, freeing you of the strict hierarchy of the Finder's folder structure." I plan on installing this soon so I can see just how well it corrals my files on my Macbook to give me an idea of what things I find interesting. Thanks to: http://www.diyplanner.com/
