De NMBS heeft weer eens vertraging gehad, meldt de meneer met de lekkere naam. Eigenlijk moeten we die aankondiging van terugbetaling toch positief bekijken: nu zeggen ze tenminste niet meer dat het de schuld is van haar klanten, in tegenstelling tot wat een paar weken geleden op een halve pagina in de Metro stond.
